Hands-on work in Marine Science, Aquaculture Systems, and Environmental Conservation.
Applied research internship at CSVTPM / INRH Anza. Experienced in microalgae isolation and photobioreactor monitoring, as well as the extraction and synthesis of Chitosan from shrimp waste for marine biotechnology and biopolymer applications.
Advanced hands-on experience in Artemia hatching protocols. Initial trials using distilled water and salt achieved >90% hatching rate; the protocol was then optimized using raw seawater from Anza to improve long-term survival. Most nauplii are utilized as live feed for larval nutrition, while selected individuals are cultured to maturity for broodstock and reproductive research.
Environmental Leadership & Community Action
President and former Secretary of CEFSA (University Environment Club). Led environmental awareness initiatives, university blood donation drives, and sustainability campaigns.
Scientific Research Diving
Practical trial dive experience (Baptême de plongée) with ongoing technical and physical preparation for scientific research diving, aimed at supporting underwater ecological surveys and aquaculture infrastructure maintenance.
Scientific Field Exploration
Field sampling and biodiversity monitoring along the Agadir and Anza coastlines, examining intertidal organisms, algae, and marine ecosystem dynamics.
Offshore & Industrial Water Infrastructure
Field visits to the offshore aquaculture farm in Sidi Ifni and the Aourir Water Treatment Plant, gaining practical insight into large-scale biological filtration, water quality management, and open-sea farming systems.
